Deepen your practice with Binds and Twists!!! When done safely, binds help us open our shoulders and find new space in our low back and hips. Twists are neutralizing, rotate the spine and stretch the muscles of the back. This workshop will be an energizing and fun way to practice basic binds and twists and work toward some challenging poses incorporating balance and core strength!
