I have rented this lovely event space downtown for POP- UP yoga! These classes are 75 min mini workshops with a dedicated theme for you to have an extended, balanced practice. It also gives us time to play with some complex poses!
Easy parking is located on-site behind the studio. Additional parking is available across the street at Mount Olivet Church. Please bring your mat and any props you wish to use.

I have rented this fun ballroom dance space near Grandview for POP- UP yoga! This class is a 75 min mini workshop.
DanceEdge is on Dublin Road (RT 33), just south of 5th Ave and right across from the Marathon gas station. Turn onto Cardigan Street and then turn Right into the parking lot. Parking is located in front of the studio- you’ll see banners. Please bring your mat and any props you wish to use.

Diwali, Festival of Lights Yoga
Diwali is the Festival of Lights, and spiritually signifies the victory of purity and light over darkness. Join me for a very special candle- lit Vinyasa class themed on recognizing and celebrating our inner light and goodness and coming together as a community to practice. This is an annual practice I look forward to each year!
