[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This is a fun and challenging sequence to Surya Yantrasana, or Sundial Pose. Give yourself some time to warm up with Sun Salutations. This sequence offers many opportunities to open up the hamstrings, adductors, outer hip and shoulders. Bhujangasana, or Cobra Pose is a great pose to strengthen the spinal muscles that help hold you upright in the final pose. Use a strap to modify the binds. Get creative- if one of the poses does not work for you, play around with how you can change the shape to fit your body and get the benefit of the pose!
