Yoga and nature are deeply intertwined… Yoga connects us back to ourselves, everything around us and everything within us. As part of nature, we are intrinsically linked to its rhythms and elements. Through yoga, we honor the five elements of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—and we will celebrate these elements in our practices and curated experiences.
