Elements of Nature

October 15-18, 2026

Yoga and nature are deeply intertwined… Yoga connects us back to ourselves, everything around us and everything within us. As part of nature, we are intrinsically linked to its rhythms and elements. Through yoga, we honor the five elements of nature—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—and we will celebrate these elements in our practices and curated experiences.

RiverMountain, our retreat center for the weekend, is a serene sanctuary that offers unparalleled access to nature and a return to simplicity. Set on 150 acres of meadow, ridge and creek, it provides the perfect backdrop for reconnecting to your wholeness.

Located near Everett, Pennsylvania- just 5 hours east of Columbus, and 2 ½ hours southeast of Pittsburgh- This is an ideal destination for a solo adventure or a memorable getaway with friends.

Join me for this unforgettable weekend! Registration opens March 25, 2026.
