Please read and ackowlage the following: *

1. I am participating in a Yoga Retreat offered by Anne Weidinger Yoga LLC, hereinafter referred to as AWY, doing business as Nectar Yoga LLC, hereinafter referred to as NY, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Yoga Retreat. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the Yoga Retreat.
3. I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this Yoga Retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the Yoga Retreat and will alert all Yoga Teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant.
4. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any and all activities done with the Yoga Retreat group, or as an individual.
5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY- I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I may have against AWY and NY for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue AWY or NY for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - A $700 deposit reserves your place on this retreat. 50% of your balance is due by November 15th, 2026. Full retreat payment is due by January 15th, 2027. All cancellations must be written. Cancellations before November 15th, 2026 are entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less 25% administration and processing fees. After November 15th, 2026, no refunds will be given unless we are able to fill your spot. If we are able to fill your spot, you are entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less 25% administration and processing fees. Please note no refunds will be granted 15 days prior to the retreat. Availability is based on a minimum enrollment of 10 people. Should the retreat be canceled by AWY or NY, all fees will be refunded.
7. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS- All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We will not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel. Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost, unless otherwise specified.
8. Travel insurance is recommended. If you choose to buy insurance we require that your travel insurance covers the activity of this retreat as well as unexpected cancellation, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.
9. I am aware of the current travel restrictions and inherent risks involved with travel. I am aware that it is my personal decision to travel and am doing so with full knowledge of travel recommendations, restrictions regulations and risks with regards to COVID-19, as well as the possibility of future travel restrictions, and I take full responsibility for my actions with regards to traveling.
10. I have read and understood all information on the U.S. State Department website (https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/traveladvisories/traveladvisories.html) about Mexico, including, without limitation, the U.S. Department of State Consular Information Sheet and the State Department Warning (if applicable). I also have reviewed the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention health advisory information relating to travel abroad (http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel) and any additional information available from the World Health Organization website (http://www.who.int/) With knowledge of this information, I have made the independent judgment to participate in this retreat. I take full responsibility for travel both to and from the retreat location and agree that I will assume all risks of any such travel.
11. I authorize AWY and NY to use photographs of me and or my property and authorize her to use and publish (with or without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic format or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Anne. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.
