Crow Pose is a beautifully empowering and challenging pose on its own, and serves as a gateway to many other arm balances. This 4-week series will explore the alignment of Bakasana and Bakasana-based arm balances, including transitions and variations (with and without props) to help you build your practice.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the overall shape of each arm balance, along with key techniques to support your progress. Anne’s method uses a step-by-step approach, building from the foundation of each pose to create accessibility and confidence.
This series is geared toward students with some experience in Bakasana and will include individual feedback and time for questions.
