[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As we begin to wrap up another great year of yoga together, I first want to say Thank You for practicing with me, for staying connected with me, for learning with me and being my best teachers. I have been reflecting on many of the highs and lows of the year, and how they have collectively brought me to where I am today. You cannot experience great success in life unless you have also experienced failure, and even failure is the opportunity to learn and grow. Easier said than done, I know![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4829″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]How do you reflect on your year? Do you see experiences as individual events, or cumulative experiences to enrich your life? How do you celebrate the successes of the year? How do you sit with what is not comfortable- mistakes you made, decisions that didn’t go your way, bad news. If you can honestly show up in reflection to observe the events of the year, you can grow from them. How did you react? How did you change course as needed? Did you call upon friends, colleagues, yogis, or did you walk your path alone? Listen to your heart, and make the necessary changes to create SHIFTS in your life. Sometimes we are in exactly the BEST place. Sometimes by making small changes, we achieve BIG results!

Every event in our life is part of a larger picture, a longer journey. To plan for the future, follow your intuition and live your life ON PURPOSE. Every obstacle is a tool, every accomplishment a celebration. Know that your course will change direction throughout your life. Learn from your mistakes but also move past them. Believe in your goodness. Dream big! You have the capacity to accomplish everything you’ve set out to do.

Take some time this month to reflect and observe. Sit with anything that arises with your observation. Try not to push thoughts, emotions or sensations away. Bring it all into your awareness and use it as a tool for healing and growing. Use this practice as a way to create space for the events that will manifest in the future.

I hope this season brings you a sense of peace and joy and that you are well.
XO,
Anne[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
