This is a favorite pose of mine- and a great way to connect to your core! I have loved this pose for a long time, but it wasn’t until I took a workshop with Jason Crandall that I had a name for it- The Core Connector! If you’ve taken my classes, you’ve experienced this a lot! It’s dynamic, accessible to most, and repeatable. Trick is to lift your shoulders off the mat and lift your toes off 1″. And as Jason says, ” the hardest part is to remember to squeeze the block!”
