This fun and challenging workshop will teach you the essential actions and movements of a variety of arm balances! Anne breaks these poses down into approachable steps using smart sequencing and clear instruction. Not just 2 hours on the hands!!!! — We will take a whole body approach and break these poses into foundational parts to learn the arm balances from the ground up and prepare you for “lift off”!

Pose Practice- Side Plank and Asymmetrical Backbends

This 2 part workshop is designed for you if you find yourself feeling eager to learn more and curious about exploring your physical and mental capabilities. We will try on a variety of pose variations, creative transitions and learn how to integrate the pieces you love into your every day practice. The Side Plank workshop will focus on core strength and hip mobility. The Backbend workshop will focus on opening the chest and shoulders.  Join us for one or both and re-ignite your practice!
