Morning Workshop: Sun Salutations!
Learn proper alignment and movement of each of the poses in the Sun Salutes including Chatturanga. We will review ways to modify, and how to step each transition up or down for an all levels workshop!

Afternoon Workshop: Standing Poses And Balance
In this workshop, we will look at alignment and balance in standing poses like Triangle and balancing poses like 1/2 Moon and 1/2 Lotus. There will be discussion on keeping the hips, knees and SI joint safe. This workshop will include a nice, steady flow to practice the various transitions into and out of these poses!
